I enjoy going to weddings. Everyone is so excited, it is a special time for two people that have pledged them selves to each other for life. They have a lot of hopes and dreams they are planning to fulfill together over the years of their married life.
As a photographer I work very hard to see the beauty in the day, the event, the church and the surroundings. Lets face it, the little things that are so beautiful in life tend to get overshadowed by our fast pace lifestyle. It's easy to forget why we decided to get married in the church that filled us with awe when we walked in for the first time, and how beautiful the church was all decorated for the wedding. These are the types of pictures I try to capture when I shoot a wedding. My number one job is to get the picture of your memory, so you have it captured for a life time. Taking the perfect picture of your dress where the light just dances across the beading that you spent hours gluing on, or the pair of shoes you looked for for months. The careful attention you placed on the colors of your flowers and your brides maids dresses. These are the memories of your life.
Below are a few pictures I took at a recent wedding, some are actually pictures in a picture. They are edited and some are a very small part of an actual picture that was taken, sometimes it's the picture within the picture that holds the most beauty.
